My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was optimal, just a short drive to Hershey Park and nearby restaurants. The room on the second floor was great, and the pool area was perfect for the kids. However, the service was a bit slow in replacing towels and coffee, although they addressed the issue. The dining experience was typical for a Holiday Inn Express, but I enjoyed it on Thursday morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short drive to Hershey Park and a variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the pool area was a hit with the kids. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful service, although the dining options were a bit repetitive. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, right off the lobby. I especially loved the pool area perfect for the kids. The only downside was the lack of amenities in the bathroom, but fortunately, normal-size shampoo and conditioner were provided as a bonus since I forgot to pack mine for this last-minute trip.
